Our Story

Built around connection.

Ocean Highways began with a clear focus on tourism and destination marketing in Egypt. As our experience and ambitions evolved, so did our vision. Today, we bring together investment and destination development, travel and tourism, and global mobility advisory to connect people, places and opportunities across borders.

Rooted in Egypt and building connections with Romania, we are guided by one idea: We Bridge the Gap.

INVESTMENT

Investment & Business Development

Ocean Highways connects companies and investors with opportunities in sectors including real estate, technology, transport, heavy equipment and food. We help medium and large projects identify suitable funding partners, coordinate financing discussions and follow progress from initial opportunity to commercial agreement.

We also work with smaller ventures to develop their ideas into practical plans for growth. Across Egypt and selected European markets, we assess opportunities, bring the right parties together and follow through on cross-border projects. In selected cases, Ocean Highways may invest directly or participate as a project partner.

Opportunity Assessment

Our internal team reviews business ideas and investment opportunities, considers their initial feasibility and provides a candid assessment of their potential. We draw on internal and external advisers, as well as relevant international relationships, when a project calls for specialist input.

Investment & Partnership Development

We help turn promising ideas into practical plans, connect project owners with suitable investors and partners, and coordinate financing discussions and commercial negotiations. In selected opportunities, Ocean Highways may invest directly or participate as a project partner.

Project Follow-Through

We monitor project progress, track the parties’ agreed commitments and key indicators, and provide recommendations at each distinct stage of the project’s growth. Where the nature of our involvement calls for it, we may also participate in implementation management and decision-making.

TOURISM

Tourism & Destination Partnerships

Ocean Highways supports travel both to and from Egypt through established relationships with tourism companies and organizations in Romania and selected European markets. We bring travelers, businesses and service providers together and help them access suitable tourism programs and services.

Through partner coordination and oversight of agreed services, we work to create value for everyone involved. Our relationships with providers help us identify suitable programs and favorable terms where available, with attention to quality and the overall travel experience.

Travel Services for Individuals & Groups

We help individuals and groups access existing travel programs and services suited to their needs, for journeys to and from Egypt. Ocean Highways oversees coordination with the relevant providers and carries out selected parts of an arrangement directly. Each partner manages the stages that fall within its own relationship with the traveler.

Tourism Partnerships

We connect tourism companies, tour operators and service providers in Egypt, Romania and selected European markets to support travel in both directions. Through our partner relationships, we help them access existing programs, suitable services and more favorable commercial terms where available. Ocean Highways coordinates and oversees the parts of each arrangement within its agreed role, helping partners serve travelers visiting Egypt as well as those traveling from Egypt to Europe.

Destination Connections

We connect tourism organizations and businesses with relevant partners, available services and opportunities for cooperation between Egypt, Romania and selected European markets. Our role is shaped by each arrangement and the needs of the parties involved.

MOBILITY

Global Mobility & Immigration Advisory

Ocean Highways helps individuals and families navigate international travel and mobility pathways, including work, study, short-stay travel, investor visas and family visits. Through our relationships with nonprofit organizations and public and private institutions in Europe, we help clients understand their options and connect with relevant programs and partners.

Our support includes independent consultation, initial eligibility assessment for relevant programs, and preparation of application files. With a client’s written authorization, we coordinate submission steps and follow the application through to its outcome, providing direct oversight without promising a particular decision.

Personalized Mobility Advisory

We meet with clients to understand their goals, circumstances and preferred destinations. We explain relevant pathways for work, study, short-stay travel, investment and family visits, outline the requirements and practical steps, and give a candid view of which options may suit them. Clients can use this consultation on its own or continue with Ocean Highways for program coordination and application support.

Programs & Institutional Coordination

Organizations and public and private institutions share their programs and requirements with Ocean Highways. Our team reviews the criteria, identifies suitable clients and assesses their initial eligibility before coordinating with the relevant institution. We explain each program’s requirements and oversee the agreed steps from client selection and documentation through to the application outcome.

Application Preparation & Coordination

We review each client’s circumstances, explain the relevant pathway and prepare the application file and supporting documents. With the client’s written authorization, Ocean Highways coordinates submission steps and communications with relevant partners and institutions, and follows the application through to its outcome. Our role is to provide direct oversight and help avoid preventable procedural errors.
